Golriz Pahlavan - Partner. Co-Founder. VP Medical Board

Graduated from the Medical School - Xavier Bichat- in Paris, Golriz Pahlavan is a general practitioner and a specialist of infectious diseases. As a staff physician attached to thehospital Bichat – Claude Bernardin , she is in charge of the HIV screening within the free and anonymous screening center (CDAG) and coordinates patients support in the unit of the Professor Yéni.
In addition to her work at the Hospital, she also has a consultation within the CDAG of the Alfred Fournier Institute in Paris as well as a consultation for HIV patients. With her multiple experiences (including five years of clinical research for the National Research Agency on AIDS – ANRS), Golriz collaborated to many scientific publications in the field of infectious diseases and especially HIV, based on the results observed at the Hospital.
Involved in the Hospital life, she was elected in 2010 as a member of the Medical Consultative Committee of the Hospital Bichat (CCM). Consultant and associate of the firm since its foundation in 1999, Golriz brings to our clients her scientific expertise on clinical pathology and her patient experience. She is also the manager of the Medical Advisory Board.

Dr Jean-Jacques Zambrowski - Advisory Board member

Jean-Jacques Zambrowski is a Hospital Doctor and University teacher. Qualified practitioner in Internal Medicine, he practices his clinic activity at the Hospital Bichat.
As an academician, he is particularly interested in health policies and economics, with a particular focus on health systems organization, health costs and drugs and medical devices economy. His teachings and researches within the Descartes University in Paris are closely linked to these matters. He is currently studying, through his recent researches, the financial covering of heaviest pathologies as well as the optimization of organizational and economic components of the ongoing reforms of health care systems in France and abroad.
Jean-Jacques Zambrowski provides regular interventions with these subjects, with particular missions related to cooperation, exchange, mediation and advice to the French, European and foreign government or professional bodies.

 Olivier SAFIR joined Pact & Partners in 2007 (one of EMEA's leading Executive Search firms in Life Sciences) as Vice-President International following a 13-year professional career in international business law and entrepreneurship. As a senior legal executive, he notably spearheaded the international legal re-organization of a leading global media company via mergers & acquisitions, spin-offs, divestitures and liquidations. He brought his expertise to the web when he started-up the 1st European platform of B2B digital online legal contracting. Olivier then founded a « boutique » consulting firm supporting SMEs with their international strategic challenges.

Jabril Bensedrine - Advisory Board member

Jabril Bensedrine is Managing Director of The Triana Group, Inc, a New York-based company in whose mission is to support the international development of innovative technology companies. Triana has founded a business incubator based in New York (TRIANA LABS) whose mission is to facilitate the entry of European SMEs into the U.S. market.
Before creating Triana, he was involved in various activities related to sectorial and feasibility studies, competitive intelligence, strategic planning and project development. He took part to the design or funding of projects totaling several hundred million dollars as an expert for the financing consulting firm Kenneth J. Dalto & Associates, prior joining ELM Research & Strategy as a partner. He then decided to sell his shares and build The Triana Group.
For several years he has been conducting many missions for large groups as an internal or external consultant. He also held training and management positions in higher education institutions in France and in the United States where he is still teaching in the Evening MBA in Corporate Entrepreneurship and New & Emerging Technologies Management at the Polytechnic Institute of the New York University.
Jabril Bensedrine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Paris-Dauphine, a PhD in Business Administration from the ESSEC Graduate School of Business, and was a post-doctoral scholar from 1998 to 2002 at the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.

Laurent Bourgeon - Advisory Board member

Specialist in econometrics (Master of Science) and Holder of a PhD of Management, Laurent Bourgeon is an Associate Professor in the Management Department of ESSEC (Paris-Singapore). He teaches Strategic Management in the different programs of initial training and ongoing training ESSEC group. He holds the position of Academic Director of the ongoing trainings programs "Operational Mangement" and «International Operational Management at ESSEC Executive Education programs for middle managers. Laurent Bourgeon has been Visiting Scholar at the Center for Corporate Change (Australian Graduate School of Management, Sydney) and at the Scandinavian Consortium for Organizational Research (Stanford University).
His research activity includes management-by-project, the dynamics of collective learning in project teams, organizational change and the organization’s transformation projects.
He is the author of many articles on these topics which have been published in academic journals (International Journal of Project Management, Creativity and Innovation Management, International Management, French Review of Management). He is also a member of the Strategic Management Society, the European Academy of Management and the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management.
