Monere is a specialized global consulting firm. We work with biopharmaceutical companies to help them succeed with product reimbursement. We also assist their trade associations to achieve policy goals to shape the operating environment. We focus on two disciplines to make this happen: systematic stakeholder management and strategic negotiations skills.

Helping Biopharmaceutical Companies
Monere was created in 2010 to offer companies targeted, practical guidance in one of their most important success metrics: achieving government and third party funding for their products. Obtaining rapid market access at a suitable price to sustain innovation and profits remains a constant challenge for country general managers, their direct reports and the head office teams supporting them.Monere works with company executives to apply a tested, systematic approach to stakeholder relationships affecting reimbursement and related decisions. We then apply techniques through hands-on exercises using your products in how to negotiate with payers. The negotiations approach follows a globally validated model created through the Harvard Negotiation Project and is taught to clients by its creators.

Helping Biopharmaceutical Trade Associations
Stakeholder management and negotiations skills also define the success of trade associations as they pursue their policy goals with national government authorities. Whether the policy aim is regulatory, intellectual property, health technology assessment, pricing and reimbursement or patient access to information, Monere can help your association’s staff achieve more success as they discuss these policies with government decision-makers. We apply the same two approaches offered to companies but substitute policy for products. Ensuring your association team truly operates as a team is our goal.

MedisphèreMédisphère agency was born in 2005. It is a communication agency solely specialized in health area. Its activity is based on strategic advice in communication, design and implementation of "Taylor Made" event as well as Press and Public Relations.

Médisphère proposes to its partners and customers a multidisciplinary team with internal experts, but also independent consultant and agencies. This approach provides a fine and tailored answer adapted to the client’s demand.

In terms of strategy, Médisphère forces itself to integrate its action in the existing global strategy (corporate and / or product) to ensure a greater longevity and a better coherence to the project.
